TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS
Payment must be upfront.I do not offer refunds past the sketch stage.Major changes may only be asked for during the sketch stage. You may ask for minor changes at any time during the process.The amount of time it takes to deliver a final product will depend on the size of the commission and size of the commission queue.
I ask that you be patient and understanding as I am a full time student and permanently disabled person. You may ask for updates on the piece at any point in time.If you want a commission done by a certain date, please let me know BEFORE paying so I can ensure I will have time to complete it.All commissions ordered using these prices are for personal use only.I may post the finished artwork publicly or use it for commission examples, but will not be selling it in any form.I reserve the right to deny any kind of commission if I do not feel equipped to illustrate it.I expect you to be kind and respectful during our interactions. If you have an issue, bring it to me upfront and politely and I will be happy to sort it out. Blatantly rude behaviour may result in your order being declined and getting blocked.

I may opt to decline a request at any time if it involves a subject I don't want to draw. Arguing with me about the subjects I am willing to draw may result in me cancelling your commission and a block.
*Implied nudity refers to nudity where genitalia is covered by other parts of the body or objects in the scene. The sex of the character does not matter in relation to this.
*Extreme gore refers to realistic gore that involves internal organs and anything with flesh decay.
FAQ
HOW DO I PAY?
A. I primarily take paypal or kofi donations. I'll also accept e-transfer from any buyers in Canada.WHAT CAN I USE MY FINISHED PIECE FOR?
A. Commissioned artwork may be used for any personal use you desire! You may use it as a social media icon/banner, print it for yourself, or use it for character reference for the future. You may NOT use it for branding or commercial purposes, re-sell it, make merchandise out of it, or claim it as your own in any form.CAN YOU DRAW (SUBJECT)?
A. If you have any questions about what I'm able to draw, please ask me prior to ordering. You can find my contact information in the How To Order section.WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SET AT (AMOUNT)?
A. My prices are based off of the time and energy required to create my pieces at a living hourly wage. My prices are as low as they can be without underselling my worth, so I will not lower my prices no matter the circumstances.CAN I COMMISSION YOU FOR A COMMERCIAL PROJECT?
A. I will accept inquiries for commercial work, but the costs will NOT be the same as listed here. Prices here are for pieces meant for personal usage only. Please contact me directly for questions about licensed works.
Character Commissions
All painting commissions will be done in a semi-realistic style.

PORTRAITS
$50 - HEADSHOT
Headshots cut off at the neck.
> 1 extra character = +$30$65 - BUST
Busts cut off at the chest level. May include partial arms/hands.
> 1 extra character = + $35Headshots and busts come with a simple BG, but BGs cannot be upgraded to anything more complex.
HALF-BODY
$90 - HALF-BODY
Half-body pieces cut off at the hips/upper thighs. Includes a simple BG and small props (phone, book, staff, etc.) for no extra cost.
> 1 extra character = + $50
> Semi-complex BG = + $75$120 - 3/4 BODY
3/4 pieces cut off around the knee. Includes a simple BG and small props (phone, book, staff, etc.) for no extra cost.
> 1 extra character = + $70
> Semi-complex BG = + $90
FULL-BODY
$160 - FULL-BODY
Includes the majority of the character, though parts may be cut off for composition sake. Includes a simple BG and small props (phone, book, staff, etc.) for no extra cost.
> 1 extra character = + $90$200 - FULL-BODY W/ SIMPLE BG
Would include a semi-complex scene background for the piece. (See example 2.)
> 1 extra character = + $120$260 - FULL-BODY W/ FULL BG
Same as above, but would include a semi-complex background for the piece. This is for large scenes with a lot of detail (cityscapes, interiors, scenes with crowds, etc.)

Chibi Commissions

CHIBIS
$40 - CHIBI ICON
A full-colour chibi icon or a single character. Includes a basic background for the icon.
May be cel-shaded or painted (no cost difference.)$75 - FULL-BODY
Includes the majority of the character, though parts may be cut off for composition sake. Includes a simple BG and small props (phone, book, staff, etc.) for no extra cost.

Custom character designs may be a redesign of an existing character or a brand new design.

Chibi design
$60 - Chibi Design
Include 2 full-body chibis. Default is 1 body reference and 1 outfit reference, though you may ask for 2 outfits and no body ref.
> Includes any important physical detail references (scars, piercings, tattoos etc.).
> Can include 1 item reference (weapons, props, etc.)
> Text with basic character information may be added if requested.+ $10 per each additional outfit design, maximum of 4 extras (6 total.)+ $20 - Add a semi-realistic face reference.
Semi-Realistic Design
$90 - Full-body Design
Include 2 semi-realistic full-bodies. Default is 1 body reference and 1 outfit reference, though you may ask for 2 outfits and no body ref.
> Includes any important physical detail references (scars, piercings, etc.).
> Can include 1 item reference (weapons, props, etc.)
> Text with basic character information may be added if requested.+ $25 per each additional outfit design, maximum of 4 extras (6 total.)+ $40 - Add a extra rendered headshot reference.
Pony Design
$45 - Full-body Design
Include 1 full-body pony design.
Text with basic character information may be added if requested.
> Includes any important physical detail references (scars, piercings, etc.).
> Can include 1 item reference (weapons, props, etc.)
> Text with basic character information may be added if requested.+ $15 for an alternate design using the same base (EX. an outfit or colour palette change.)+ $20 for an additional simple-shaded headshot reference.
HOW TO ORDER
Required Information
The following is information I will need in order to start working. Please fill it out as completely and accurately as possible BEFORE ordering. This is to ensure we're on the same page about what will be created BEFORE any payment or work is started.
PAINTING and chibi COMMissionS
Commission type: List whether you want a bust, full-body, etc.
Commission add-ons: Any additional characters or a background.
Subject name(s): So I know who I'm drawing!
Mood: The overall tone or vibe of the piece/character; doesn't have to be specific.
For multiple characters, what is their relationship to each other?: Siblings, married, enemies, rivals, etc.
Scenery: If ordering a piece with a bg, include an idea of the setting you want. Can be vague or specific.
Other requests: If you want anything such as combat, suggestive content, etc. please list it so I'm aware.Please provide at least one clear visual reference of the character. I will not accept written descriptions.
Additional references are appreciated, but not required.OPTIONAL: If you leave these sections blank I will assume you have no preference on these aspects of the piece.

For multiple characters, how should they be interacting?:I accept non-character image inspiration/references for things like poses and colour schemes, so feel free to include those.When ordering I will expect you already know cost of the commission you want and are prepared to pay that price. I will confirm the amount with you before ordering, but will not negotiate prices.

If you don't have a specific idea in mind for your character, this is the bare minimum I'll ask for. More detail helps me be
more accurate, but isn't required.For more detail...
Body: Body size/shape, height, skin details/markings, tattoos
Face: For humanoid commissions with any semi realistic elements. At minimum I need to know the character's ethnicity so I can
draw them accurately. Nose/lip/eye shapes are helpful as well.
Hair: Any specific style requests or colours
Outfit: Specific examples or just a general silhouette like dress vs pants, masc vs femme, etc.
Hobbies/Career:
Story elements: Any significant story elements or backstory you'd like implied in the design.I will accept written descriptions for custom designs, reference boards, and older references for re-designs.
Providing me with additional reference or inspiration pictures will help tremendously with making sure I get the design the
